** Scripture: Psalm 81:17 **
"But my people will I give to eat of the best wheat, and with honey from the rock I would satiates."
Bees in the Middle East used to make nests and store honey in the land, under a rock, or in rock crevices. Why did God make "honey from the rock" as one of His promises for our supplies? It could be honey from the rock represents the best honey products. Similarly it could be a metaphor of something sweet, arising from hard or difficult situations.
Yes, "the rock" refers to a steep, steep, and hard. It's one picture of our faith journey in this world. Throughout life, we will face a lot of tough places, many of the challenges of our faith, and those cases that are difficult to overcome. But, in a place like that actually God is forming and lead us toward a higher level of faith. Never give up, because in a hard place though, God is always with us. He was not going to let and leave us alone. And we will experience "the sweetest blessing" of heavy experiences that we went through.
Perhaps we often ask why God does not just get rid of the hard rock of our lives? However, no one is like passing a hard place. However, we believe that God knows best what we need. Hard places that are beneficial to tighten our faith and our spiritual maturing. And we would be grateful honey arising from the hard place.
SWEET HONEY ARE AVAILABLE AT A HARD PLACE,
THAT'S PARADOX JOURNEY OF FAITH
