** Firman Tuhan: Markus 1:15 **

** Scripture: Mark 1:15 **
"The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent ye and believe the gospel."
Imagine someone put a gun to his temple and say, "Come with me or I'll shoot you dead!" How might we respond? We may fear and forced to follow suit. Or, because we hate that person, we think it's better to die than to follow it. Two responses were equally unfavorable.
Thankfully, Jesus did not use force when preaching. He did not invite people to repent for the kingdom of Death has been threatened in the doorway, ready to swallow us if we do not believe it. Instead, he invited people to repent for the kingdom of God is near. People who believe in the message of the gospel to secure and inner kingdom by Paul described as full of righteousness, peace, and joy of the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17). In other words, God invites us to come to Him not by the threat of punishment, but rather with his radiant goodness. It is true, I mean God's grace is leading us to repentance (Romans 2: 4).
Madeleine L'Engle, a writer of fantasy novels, underline it. An effective way to attract people to come to Christ, he said, "is not to denounce their beliefs, or accuse their mistakes, and show that we are more correct than they are, but by emitting light that is so beautiful that they wholeheartedly want to know that the light source . "
Let us radiate the love of Christ in our lives!
