Kerinduan Untuk Hidup Sesuai Kehendak Allah (Desire To Live Under the Will of God)

** Firman Tuhan: Yohanes 6:28 **
"Lalu kata mereka kepada-Nya, "Apakah yang harus kami perbuat, supaya kami mengerjakan pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang dikehendaki Allah?"

       "Apakah yang harus kami perbuat supaya kami mengerjakan pekerjaan yang dikehendaki Allah?" Ini pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh orang banyak yang berbondong-bondong mengikuti Yesus setelah mereka dikenyangkan dengan roti. Bagi saya, pertanyaan seperti ini seharusnya juga menjadi pertanyaan kita. Kita rindu untuk melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan kehendak Allah. Apakah harus kita lakukan untuk hidup kita sesuai dengan kehendak-Nya?

       Sudah saatnya kita sebagai orang percaya tidak mencari hal-hal yang hanya mengarah pada pemenuhan kebutuhan pribadi. Tidak salah saat kita bertanya dan meminta agar Allah memenuhi keperluan kita sebab memang Allah memberi kita kehormatan untuk meminta sebagai anak-anak-Nya. Namun, sepatutnya kita juga tidak lalai untuk melakukan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kehendak Allah. Inilah prioritas utama yang perlu terus-menerus tertanam dalam hidup kita.

       Ketika kita memprioritaskan kehendak Allah dan melakukannya, tidak ada perkara apa pun yang perlu kita takutkan. Pertanyaannya: Pernahkah kita bertanya kepada Allah dan mengungkapkan kerinduan untuk hidup sesuai dengan kehendak-Nya? Mempercayai Yesus Kristus adalah kehendak Allah! Itulah jawaban Yesus atas semua pertanyaan itu. Percaya artinya kita benarbenar mempercayakan hidup kepada-Nya. Jika kita mempercayakan segala sesuatu-perbuatan kita, pekerjaan kita, atau apa pun juga-segala sesuatu yang kita perbuat akan mendatangkan penghormatan bagi Allah dan kesejahteraan bagi sesama.

MESKI TIDAK DAPAT DISEBUT GAMPANG,
KEHENDAK ALLAH ITU TIDAK PELIK: AGAR KITA MEMERCAYAKAN
SEGALA SESUATU KEPADA YESUS KRISTUS.

** Scripture : John 6:28 **
"Then they said to Him , " What shall we do , that we might work the works of God?"
 
       "What shall we do that we might work the works of God?" This is the question posed by many people flocking to follow Jesus after they are fed with the bread . For me , questions like this should also be our question . We desire to do the work in accordance with the will of God . Do we have to do for our lives in accordance with His will ?

       It is time that we as believers are not looking for things that only lead to personal fulfillment . Not one when we ask and ask God to meet our needs because it is God giving us the honor to ask as His children . However , we ought not neglect to do the job in accordance with the will of God . This is the top priority that needs to be constantly embedded in our lives .

       When we prioritize the will of God and do it , no matter what else we need to fear . The question is : Have we asked God and express the desire to live in accordance with His will ? Believing in Jesus Christ is God's will ! That is Jesus' answer to these questions . Means we truly believe life entrusted to him . If
 we entrust all our actions , our work , or anything else- everything we
 do will bring honor to God and for the welfare of others .

ALTHOUGH NOT BE CALLED EASY, GOD'S WILL NOT QUAINT:  

WE MUST TRUST JESUS IN EVERYTHING
